Cancellation policy

Before your order ships You can cancel any order free of charge until it has been handed to the courier. Call or WhatsApp us on the number on our Contact page with your order number.

• Prepaid orders: the full amount is refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days; your bank may take a little longer to show it.
• Cash on delivery orders: the order is cancelled and nothing is charged.

After your order ships Shipped orders can't be cancelled. If you refuse delivery, the parcel returns to us and prepaid orders are refunded, excluding the shipping charge paid.

Cancellations by us We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if our couriers can't deliver to your address. You are then refunded in full.

Damaged or wrong items See our Refund policy: report within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
